Logistical and Coordination

We handle all the logistical and coordination tasks needed for visits to DRC by funders, investors, partners and trading companies including but not limited to;

• Arranging transport: Both local transport and international transport such as Air travel and cross-province travels via air, roads, highways
• Securing landing rights for aircrafts
• Securing hotel accommodation and meals
• Organizing security detail
• Drafting itineraries and securing meetings with key stakeholders in DRC such as Government officials, businessmen, stakeholders of both private and public mining projects, infrastructural projects, traders in minerals such as gold, diamond, cobalt, copper, silver, rubies
• Organizing visits to project sites in DRC
• Securing visas needed at all levels; single entry, multiple entry, resident visas and work permits
• Procuring translation services both for documents and face to face meetings
• Any other logistical and coordination tasks and activities required in DRC
